My wife and I recently purchased a corner shelf for a VuSee baby monitor for our daughter's room. However, when we tried to install it, we found that the angle of her room wasn't the perfect 90 degrees, making the mount impossible to use. When processing a refund through Revain, I received an email from VuSee apologizing that the product was not working and asking if there was anything they could do to help. When I explained to them that it wasn't their product's fault but that our walls just weren't positioned correctly, they immediately offered to send us their flatbed baby monitor for free, hoping it would suit our needs. about her kind offer, we accepted her in return. After all, they took away our ability to say no and we have absolutely nothing to lose. And I'm happy to say that the flat shelf is absolutely the perfect fit for us. Installation couldn't be easier (and if you run into any issues, just watch the YouTube video for step-by-step installation instructions) and everything works exactly as advertised. We now have a clear view of our little girl when she is in her crib, no matter which corner she rolls into. I cannot give a higher recommendation for this company and their products. In the end they didn't earn a dime from us but they did their best and I will recommend VuSee/BeraTek products to everyone!
