My kitchen is stocked with quality non-stick cookware. After years of use, none of my pots or pans still have a non-stick coating. However, earlier this year I started cooking with a new pot and pan called the Eurocast. I was told that no oil, no cooking oil, no pam is needed for this dish and that is true. I've made pasta and bacon, fried tofu, fried walleye, scallop potatoes, and baked brownies and none of it stuck to the pan. When I was done cooking, I poured water into a hot eurocast that was taken off the stove (which looks bad, but it's not for this dish) and wiped it off with a paper towel. It was the cleaning I needed! I tried fried chicken breast (see photo) without oil and was amazed at how easy it was to cook and how great it tasted. Normally, when frying chicken breasts in oil, I would cover the entire worktop with fat. Now I don't have a mess or extra calories. I have never used cookware of such impeccable quality and ease of use.
