We found it very inconvenient to use. The seconds display is below the minutes display and is very small and not easy to read. In most cases, there may be small bumps when setting the time when turning the outer ring. . Each hit lasts 10 seconds about 70% of the time. For example to set it to 5 minutes you can set it to show 5 minutes but then you have to make sure the seconds are zero which is very cumbersome to set and read. After installation it works very well. If you just want to set it for minutes and don't care how many seconds it's set for, this is great for you. For example, we no longer use it when preparing a steak. I like it set to second.
