Media could not be loaded. This item is definitely easy to use by yourself. Can he get rid of all your kinks and knots? No, he does what he can. Everyone is different because we are all wired differently/have the same issues. I like to use it every now and then to ease my knots, it reduces the pain somewhat but my deep knots aren't always cleared up. The husband says that nothing helps him. The material is definitely durable, stretchy, the material doesn't feel flimsy or brittle.
