What can I say? Well not very happy with Pro Team's customer service. Also not as happy as I should be after spending close to $500 on a vacuum cleaner. This is a replacement for the first one which I had to send back the same day it arrived. It had squeaky wheels. Support informed me that their tech team did not detect this condition. I replied that they were lying and that I had more important things to do than return the item the same day it arrived. A replacement came in and she had a problem too. The clips/pins that hold it upright/lock turned out to be faulty because you had to force it upright to lock it. It also made an awful noise. The last support person came close to being rude. Such a great experience with a previous post I had with the same model just bigger. To be fair, the previous model gave me only one problem over the years that I repaired it myself. The color really disappointed me.
