It has helped us in creating new business processes from scratch with ease. Very user friendly interface! Has also saved time for our end users by automating their workflows across multiple departments/units within the organization. There are some features that we have been looking forward but cannot find any support or documentation about them yet - like mobile application development using Xamarin platform as well as integrating it into SAP Fiori experience (using Connector). We needed something which could help automate repetitive tasks & eliminate manual errors at various levels right down till production line level without compromising quality standards.
