Had surgery recently and tried out this faja. It's actually more comfortable than most of the expensive ones I've bought. I started out with an Large and fit perfect at the time. 4'11 125lbs but very swollen from BBL. The Large fit great with lipo foams and boards! I sized down a few weeks later and bought a Medium which also fit great. My favorite thing about his faja is its very light compression in the hips and butt and using the bathroom was extremely easy. The crotch hole is big enough to just sit and go without having to adjust the garment. I recently needed to size down again because the M was getting too loose in the stomach, I received the small. Way too tight! I had a hard time getting it past my hips and butt and once I did there was no way it would close. A small feels more like an xs. Also I wasn't able to wear the faja without another layer underneath because the material isn't the softess. Hope this helps any of you trying to find the perfect faja.
