Review on Inspiroy Wireless Controller Battery Free Tablet 10 5 by Jason Paredes

Two features made me purchase the Dial 620 M: (1) the dial and (2) the LEDs built into each button. The dial is great. The button in the center of the dial acts as a switch that changes the functionality of the dial depending on how you programmed the driver. For example, in my main painting app, Rebelle 4, I programmed image rotation, zoom in/out, and brush size adjustment. I love it, love it, love it. I'm disappointed, however, that the button's built-in LED has no purpose other than to indicate how much charge the tablet has, and only glows for a few seconds when the tablet is first turned on. I do most of my drawings in the evening and in low light. If the keys were constantly lit, it would be much easier to press the keys. Also, unlike my old tablet, there are absolutely no raised dots or stripes on the keys that you can feel with your fingertips to tell them apart. Big disappointment. Also, this tablet works the same as the tablet it replaced (Huion Q11K V2). While the usable surface area is about the same as the Q11K, the overall size of the Q620M is smaller, which is actually a plus for me. It also uses a USB-C cable so you don't have to guess how to connect it. Since I don't use the wireless feature, I can't comment on how well it works or how long the battery lasts between charges. One final note: the driver will allow left-handed people like me to use the tablet "upside down". Programming the buttons and especially the watch face becomes quite a task for a left-handed person, but it is doable. To be honest, while I like the functionality the watch face offers for a tablet, I would have gone with the Q11K if I had known that the LEDs on the 620M weren't always on. Perhaps Huion can change this with a driver or firmware update.
