I've had it for about 3 weeks and have been waiting to write a review ever since. I will give a more practical overview than others. First, it's really quite big, twice the size of a toaster. Or something bigger. Doesn't feel cold. That means it gets hot, so it should be placed slightly away from the wall. It occupies a good part of the desktop. Take it there or take it to the cart. Again twice as much as a toaster. I have it on my countertop next to a large oven. I wanted to clarify the size, but I also knew its size before ordering it. If you really need an extra oven, this is the one for you. I wanted this because I don't want to run my big furnace in South Florida. The convection fan is quiet and efficient. I made toast, waffles, reheated pizza, reheated sandwiches and a 2 pound meatloaf. I am very happy. As others have said, the problem is with the controls. There are 12 different buttons. If you click on any of them, they will be installed by default. Then you correct it. In most cases, the oven is preheated. There is an acoustic signal. Then press the Power button to start it. That's not difficult. But this is not user friendly. I've had it for about 3 weeks and I'm still getting used to the controls and I have directions nearby. But I also knew I would be using the same controls, and once I learned them, everything would be fine. And that's exactly what happens. I did a lot of research before purchasing this item. I found out about it because Consumer Reports rated it. You really don't have much of a choice if you want a big oven. It can toast up to eight slices of bread. Normally the oven can hold six. This one can take care. It can hold a 9 x 13 pan and you can cook a 2 pound pie or meatloaf in it. So it's worth any inconvenience that comes with learning the controls. for your information. I really got the deal because I bought it from Revain. Yes, there were a few flaws in the finish. But I can live with that. If you are not a perfectionist, order from stock and save money. I would buy it again. TO UPDATE. Well I've been using it almost every day for 3 months now. And I just noticed that Consumer Reports gives it a very good rating again. This oven also takes some getting used to. I can honestly say that. If your oven breaks, you can use this one. Now I bake pork chops in it. In a 12 inch cast iron skillet. Most cooks know that another toaster is not possible. But you also have to get used to the controls here. They are NOT user friendly. Here is the easiest way. Forget the timer function. Use a different one. Use Alex. But the oven is fantastic for cooking. This is a convection oven. Also, it consumes a lot of electricity. You cannot use the microwave and toaster at the same time. I forgot. Food tastes better without a microwave. She is tall. She's tall and fat and unattractive, but I really like her. lol. give her a chance
