Just as advertised. It is 1 3/8 inches in diameter. It's just a bit heavier than I prefer, but good enough for a heavier or bigger guy. If I could find this at about 1 inch and lighter it would be ideal for me.

- The necklace is not suitable for people with sensitive skin as it can cause irritation
