I would give zero stars if I could. The USB port illuminates the device but remains icy. I was like, well, well, it's UBS, so maybe it just won't heat. No problem, I just use the mains plug. No, 3 hours after switching it on, the device was barely lukewarm and the oil cup was almost cold. I've had other salt lamps and they all get very hot, if not hot. It's definitely not doing what it's supposed to do, which is heat. The basic quality is also very cheap. shaky and disordered. It just looks cheap. The oil heater idea is great and I thought I'd get one as a gift for others. I'm so glad I tested it first because I would be embarrassed to give it to anyone. Great concept. Now I have to find one that actually works.
