Blue blocking is good, but the build quality is not very good. Too thin. The outer frame broke slightly within 2 days. However, the customer service is great! They changed it immediately, no problem. I'm giving the glasses themselves a 2 because the frames are very cheap thin plastic. I have to be very careful with them. It's impractical to never expect to drop them once or knock them off the table here and there. But I give more than 3 because the customer service is 5.
