High quality, good taste, no shaking

I love the taste, it kind of reminds me of cotton candy, no aftertaste that comes with some pre-workout machines. I like that I can take it and after about 10 minutes I can feel it starting to work but I don't feel any jittery sensations. Provides a lot of energy and focus for a good workout
