I mainly use this on my hair as I was starting to lose and thin some of it. It gives it a nice firming shine without making it greasy. I'm not sure if it's psychological, but I see fewer loose strands and the hair seems stronger. I can run my hand through my hair without pulling it out! pleasant smell and pleasant handling. I don't put anything on my hair after I shower, but this is one of the few things I will use.
