TL;DR: Works but sometimes it turns off the monitor and I have to plug it back in to turn it back on and the mouse slows down. Just so you know where this review came from, I know my computers and have created a desktop using them. I've also updated this desktop at least twice, with one change (new motherboard, processor and cooler). The reason I bought it is because my GPU didn't have another HDMI port so I needed an adapter for my second monitor as I connect my VR set to another HDMI. What's wrong: It works, but sometimes my screens flicker and my computer loses connection to the second monitor when my taskbar resets. Monitor 1 (without adapter) always turns on, monitor 2 sometimes turns on, sometimes not. If it doesn't return, my mouse is unusable (slow and slippery? Imagine a laggy pointer with 500% mouse acceleration), I don't know how it happens, but it does. I have to unplug and plug the second monitor back in to get it working again, luckily it's within reach and I don't have to get up.
