Logitrack is a complete track-and-trace solution. From inventory management to supply chain, logistics and operations, Logitrack is the tracking solution you need for your organization. The software is not very intuitive, and the customer service could use some work. I would highly recommend working with a third party consulting firm to help with software implementation. Once you have a Logitrack implementation, you will realize how beneficial they are. The key benefits realized include: 1. A more detailed and thorough process of supply. 2. The elimination of manual labor from inventory management. 3. Less room for error. The software is very stable with low resources requirements enabling it to be used in any type of environment from small companies or departments even medium sized ones like ours. I think there are some features which could have been developed further such as notifications through email when new orders arrive etc but this is not really an issue because everything works perfect without problems. We use logitracs mainly to track our supply chain process since we sell food products all over Europe (EU).
