The customer service is awesome! I have never met such amazing people who can actually solve problems in real life. They are always up-to-date when it comes to new features and give very good support if needed while solving your problem through their live chat feature. You will not regret using inbox road as long as you don't need professional looking templates or more advanced functionality (like dynamic content). If these things are necessary then I would suggest switching providers because inboxroads looks like they only offer basic functions for free but once you go pro, this is where the price starts increasing quickly. Support tickets solved instantly and we got exactly what we asked for without having to wait days for an answer/reply. I like that it's free, easy to use, and has great support! Their customer service is excellent as well - they're quick to respond and very helpful when needed. It can be hard at first getting used to how their system works compared to other providers (it seems more complex than others). If you want an all-inclusive solution for any type of emails, this provider will work perfectly fine. We have been able to send thousands of emails per month without problems.
