I ordered this and made sure the image covered the entire area when I edited it. And when I received it, the picture is too small for the front panel. Externally visible gray rubber or plastic. Super cheesy. I'm upset because it's not even the ring I ordered. If everything else was silver and not that sticky gum like I chose in my order I wouldn't mind. It is intended as a gift. Well it's a joke. When I contacted CX they wanted photos to prove the problem but there wasn't enough space to send photos so I had to play with tags and reduce the size of the images. every time before I could finally try to get it to the right size after four days. Now I'm getting an email saying they're giving me a fraction of what I paid for it! Wow. If you want a beautiful personalized picture ring I would not recommend this one. look elsewhere
