Review on Ergonomic Santoku Knife 7In KITAKAMI X50CrMoV15 Steel Non-Slip Handle - FISSMAN Multipurpose Stainless Steel Kitchen Knives by Tasha Murphy

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Smallish handle - good value for price

This is a decent kitchen knife. It's not a great knife. but for the price (currently at $27.99), it's a food value. It has a hardness rating of 57 r and itll hold an edge. The biggest problem I have with it is the smallish handle. Maybe it's my larger hands, but it doesnt feel "substantial" nor ergonomically balanced. instead, it just feels small.

Pros
  • Kitchen Knives & Accessories
Cons
  • The blade does not retain its sharpness for very long
