The cups work great! I think it's probably the best you'll find in this price range. I would like to see more details on the massage technique with instructions but this is a very good introductory cupping technique. I highly recommend anyone using them to research the contraindications before using facial peels. Other than that, I love these! Also, don't forget to apply a generous amount of oil to the areas you're vacuuming.
