My purchasing experience with B2prity was a living hell, and I can't believe I put myself through it. In spite of the fact that the website offers a respectable choice of apparel, footwear, and jewelry, my overall experience with the firm was not in the least bit satisfying. To begin, the sizes were entirely the wrong ones. Even though I meticulously followed the size chart that was provided on their website, the dress I got ended up being much too big for me to wear. My request to return an item was met with hostility and unhelpfulness by the customer service employee, and she just refused to process my return. The shipping was a complete and utter failure, which only made matters worse. My order did not come for more than a month, and when it did, more than half of the products I had ordered were missing. It was just like a prank that went wrong. In general, B2prity is not a service that I would ever suggest to anyone. Shopping with them is a living nightmare due to the limited sizing options, the impolite customer support, and the catastrophic shipping options. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on yourself and go shopping somewhere else.
