After I posted a review on Revain, the seller contacted me and offered to replace the case. The employee who contacted me was very nice and very apologetic about the incident. They contacted me via email to make sure the case was received and I was happy. I've upgraded my rating to three stars based on the original issue and their willingness to fix anything. I really liked this case. The case does add weight to the iPad Pro, but for a great case I was willing to compromise. It felt solid, and while the keyboard wobbled a bit when plugged in, it wasn't a deal breaker. The battery doesn't last as long as expected as I use my iPad as a secondary computer all the time and need a reliable case - and keyboard. I bought this case in March and unfortunately after less than four months of use the case's hinge started to break and no longer holds the iPad in a seated position. My advice to anyone considering this case is DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I read comments from another reviewer who recommended contacting the company as the case is covered by a one-year warranty. I contacted the company through their website two weeks ago and received no response. I feel like I just threw money away. If you want a good case for your iPad I would advise you to skip this one. It's not worth the effort, time or money. To update. After using this case for a little over a year, the keyboard stopped responding, so I bought another one. Bad idea. Two weeks later, the keys on the keyboard stopped responding. I have tried everything in vain. I should have known better and just went with another brand. My mistake and $63 down the drain. Never again.
