It is sold without a battery, and this would be a disadvantage (native batteries cost like a wing from an airplane), if not for one live hack. After a simple upgrade, affordable Chinese batteries are suitable for any Makita tool (they are in no way inferior in quality to branded ones). I have a Wosai reciprocating saw with two large 4 A / h batteries - full mobility and interchangeability. I will not write much on the grinder itself. Firstly, this is my first such instrument, I have nothing to compare with. Secondly, after all, Makita is Makita! Power, reliability, convenience! In general, I am happy as an elephant, one of my most successful power tool purchases.
