Easy and quick way of connecting new software
I like how easy it was to get integrated with my application.
The support team were able to train me quickly in getting our integration set up so we could start using their API's right away! It would have been nice if there had more examples available online for use by non-tech users who don't know much about coding etc but still want this functionality implemented easily within an existing system - however most people aren't developers anyway :) There wasn’t anything i disliked too strongly though (if anyone has suggestions please let us know!). We haven't found any problems at all yet whilst integrating some other services into ours which makes life easier.
Pros
- Ability integrate multiple payment platforms through one platform
- Support is fantastic, they are very helpful/ friendly when needing assistance or help diagnosing errors.
- Easy implementation from end user perspective without having extensive knowledge around technology as well; just require basic understanding that you're sending data back & forth between two apps via api calls e.g what happens behind scenes does not need explanation needed
- Fast transaction speed compared others such
