I've worked with them on several occasions now - their team is very responsive to any feedback/questions. They're also quite flexible about meeting times (which is important for us as we're remote). Their overall price point is fair too, and not crazy expensive compared to other agencies. Overall good service from a high quality provider! The only thing I dislike is they sometimes have a few days delay before finalizing projects. But it's pretty rare. Definitely go for it! They do great work and are incredibly professional, so you won't be disappointed. We needed to get some of our social media accounts back up to speed, and SocialMood has done just that. A big thumbs up there. When we first started working together, we were looking at using different platforms to help grow our business. Socialmood took the time to understand what we truly wanted from each platform, and then helped us choose the one that would suit our needs best. They are very friendly and helpful people to work with. The team was easy to communicate with, easy to trust, and willing to help me get my business online. I think the cost is a little too high for what they deliver. I would have preferred some more features or options at an affordable price. If you want someone who will do things the right way, then you can't go wrong working with them. They helped me create a website that is professional, user-friendly, and easy to navigate.
