*** I have rewritten my original review. I originally gave the company two stars because they sent out a label with the message Pet Home Alone on one side and an advert on the other. I was worried that in an emergency, paramedics would only see the display and not the other side. But the company heard our complaints and changed the tag to get rid of the ads. Now it's the same on both sides. The label is bright and draws attention. The emergency card is easy to fill out and laminate. But what really impressed me was that the company kept their promise to send me a new label. He didn't even ask me to return the old label so there was no problem. That's great customer service! A company that listens to their customers and does everything they can to make them happy, along with a great product, deserves five stars. Now I can highly recommend the Pet Home Alone tag.
