I had high hopes for my visit to Lovezesent, but I ended up being disappointed. The outfits and shoes seemed appealing online but of low quality in person. The quality of the material was low, and the sizing was all over the place. The jewelry was likewise a letdown, with some pieces looking nothing like their internet representations. The website's poor design made it challenging to locate certain information. The shipment time was also significantly longer than anticipated, and no tracking details were supplied. Poor service to customers was also an issue. Several days passed before I received a reply to my inquiry about the status of my order. When I did reach a person, however, she was uninformed and uninterested in my problems. Overall, I was quite dissatisfied with Lovezesent. I will not be back and will not be recommending this store to anyone.
