I bought three for a move. This is definitely a beautiful carrier. Cats fit well etc and range from 9 to 14 pounds. But my 9 lb cat escaped THROUGH the web mid-flight. Our first flight with our three cats was already scary but when our cat burst out of this carrier she was fully protected and we had to keep her in our sweaters while she freaked out. and peeing on us in the last hour of the flight is not cool. I have not yet healed deep wounds from punctures from which she grabbed her claws and grabbed my arm. My kids were scared to see them like that and the flight attendants gave us askance, keeping a close eye on us to make sure we had them under control. you had a job Fail.
