Review on πŸ“± Tempered Glass Film - JETech iPad Pro 12.9-Inch Screen Protector (1st/2nd Generation, 2015/2017 Model) by Jerry Mills

The glass is fine, the tools for installation are normal.

I have installed dozens of glass and non-glass screen protectors. This is my second glass iPad 12.9 inch. The quality has always been the same regardless of the brand, so it comes down to the packaging and ease of installation with the sticker guides/tools provided. My first one, which I bought for my other 13 inch iPad, was a dollar cheaper and came with 4-6 stickers to keep everything lined up by sticking it on one side before removing it from the back pulled off so it just snaps into place - installation went flawlessly. This one came with 2 stickers that you apply to opposite corners where you peel off the backing and then manually and gradually lower them into place. It was a little less than ideal as a few degrees at 13 inches can add up quickly when trying to align the camera hole and fingerprint scanner. Now I think it's fine most of the time, but if one of those stickers fails to reapply, it's a disaster. Luckily I was able to salvage the setup enough to be handled until I felt like I wanted to handle it again. The result was far from perfect camera alignment, 1 air bubble on screen and 2 bubbles off screen. Summary: All glasses are the same, buy them elsewhere where you minimize the chance of installation errors.
