Overall this monitor mount is great. Easy to set up and install. I have a 27" 4k monitor and it works great. The monitor is easy to move and adjust. Sometimes the pivot points squeak when moving the monitor, but that doesn't bother me much. I can eliminate the squeaking by loosening the appropriate screws, but then the monitor won't stay in the position I put it in. The only thing that could be better is the cable routing. While it looks great, routing the cables in the control channels is a bit tricky. I had 4 cables (power, Displayport, USB and 3.5mm audio) coming from my monitor and trying to fit all 4 into the channel and screwing in the screws to hold everything in place was due to the position of the screws a bit tricky keeping the cable management in place but when everything is in place it looks great and I can move the monitor freely without worrying about cables getting in the way or movement restrict.
