Review on Whitmor Wood Suit Hanger: Premium Quality and Elegant Design for Organized Wardrobes by Crystal Garcia

This review is not really about the quality of the product as it never arrived. Rather, there was a similar black lacquered hanger with a tag saying it was a Whitmore Delux 6033-293 suit hanger. I called Revain and as usual they quickly resolved the issue and immediately sent a replacement overnight at no additional cost. When I received the replacement it looked the same as the first one. Now I first searched online for "6033-293 Whitmore Delux Suit Hanger" and found several websites with identical photos as shown on the Revain website. beautiful, cherry-colored hanger. So I know the model number is correct and these hangers are mislabeled and out of stock. They are NOT the ones in the photo. I kept calling Revane, they solved everything in the usual professional way. They said to keep two hangers and refund my payment and they also said they would check the listing to see what the problem was and suggested I come back in about a week to see how things are, and try again to order.
