Good product, more pros than cons.

This comment is aimed at Logitech representatives in the first place! Personally, with a height of 190 cm, I have long brushes and for me it was a huge problem to pick up a mouse. Bought 403 wireless. Poyuzal 3-4 months, double click. I bought Razor DA ellite, I realized that after 403 - DA is not convenient for me, there is nowhere to put my little finger, it even hurts. it rubs against a sharp edge. I sold an elite to a friend and bought myself 2 pieces of 403 wired ones (one for home, the other for work, so that the hand gets used to the shape by 100%). The result of using 2 G403 mice was as follows: - At first, the wheel on one of them bugged. I corresponded with the support service for a long time, they said that it was urgent to ate the firmware on the mouse (it was crazy for me how the firmware can cure a mechanical defect, but .), oddly enough, the wheel was cured (as practice showed, this was enough for a maximum of half a year, apparently the firmware simply adds algorithms that fight at the initial stage of contamination). - Then the mouse caught a double click (how he got me !). A long, very long correspondence with the service center began (I was lucky to buy a mouse without a store guarantee). I sent them a video where I play a shooter and the game shows both the game and my hand, where you can hear gaps in the shooting when the LMB is pressed. As a result of this whole communication, the service center said that I did not prove to them that I had a button defect, and there was nowhere to bring it to them. no service in Hong Kong. I changed my home mouse with my workspace. It's good that there are professional installers with microsoldering equipment at work, who saw microcracks in the factory soldering of mikrik paintwork materials and quickly did everything. - A few months later, the second mouse grunted and in exactly the same way, repaired at work, although there was a guarantee for the second mouse, but I did not want to wait a month without a mouse. The funny thing is that after soldering them - everything has been working for several years without problems! Why can't you solder the mics with normal solder straight from the FACTORY?! This is your IMAGE! By releasing such comfortable mice, you simply trample it into the dirt with your KALLOSIKs and the quality of SOLDERING!
