Good. I would like to start by saying that the support team is very fast and was very nice and helpful. I like the concept and basically the case. The ability to remove the lid and add a little less volume is very nice and practical. I also feel like it offers a lot more protection than other cases I've had. Now for the cons. I only have one cover that doesn't quite fit in the top right corner, but the power button does. Anywhere it still sits nice and flush, but there's wiggle room at that corner. I contacted support and they were very nice and offered to send me a new case right away. The new iPad case arrived very quickly. However, the iPad replacement case is much worse than the first case I received. The lid is dented, like a return. The lid also doesn't sit flush with the iPad and is magnetically attracted when the lid is closed. I will show photos. The first picture will be the first box to be locked with a magnet and the next will be a terrible replacement. You will notice a big difference. To put it mildly, I'll use the first case I received. So overall not a bad case if you can live with a few issues but every case can be different and I think the quality control at this company needs improvement. Not all cases are of the same quality.
