The thing is fantastic! It's small, cheap and pretty quiet. I use it as an odor inhibitor for my resin 3D printer. It's actually quieter than my 3D printer's fan and eliminates the tar smell better than the built-in filter, and it's very strong and uncomfortable. My daughter and my wife always complain that I smell like a 3D printer when I print something. I put this filter on the printer and turned it on. I still smelled like tar at first, but it didn't last as usual and I didn't get a single complaint from my wife or daughter. I didn't feel bad afterward either, because I'm not wearing a respirator when you should be using one. doesn't work as well if you smoke.
