Printer Ink at Printer Parts & Supplies

I gave an HP printer as a gift and ordered non-HP ink. The ink has entered the ink head and now it does not work because the head is damaged. I tried cleaning the ink around the header as described in the Hp video but it didn't work. looked at the back of the HP replacement and there we have another one. Now I've run out of money that I don't have for unpacking every color of ink.
