Review on 🔧 Highly Indexable Boring Shank Tool 1001 0201 by Aaron Collins

Very impressed with the quality of this flashlight for the price! This seems very accurate, but I had to fiddle with the 3 adjustment screws to get the head to move smoothly and without "warping", but this is typical of any drill head using a cone/rod configuration. Runout doesn't matter since the tool has to work with a design offset, but still. The static top is very straight and I've only measured 0.0005 to 0.001 runout in 5 separate full installs/teardowns, so at least it fits! For the home workshop and anyone working with a milling machine under 3hp this is more than enough and can easily produce holes with the highest precision that you can produce with any other tool with your equipment. So if you can get +-0.0015 on your grinder you can get it with this head, if your best grinder can get +-0.002 then that's what I expected from this drill head and good. Definitely worth your money! I'm glad I didn't buy the cheaper versions.
