1/25/19 FORGET EVERYTHING I SAID BELOW! The problem was that you need Magic Home PRO. (This does not require any additional costs). I will say that customer service was ruthless and didn't give up trying to fix the problem. Sometimes we overlook the simplest things. These people reacted at lightning speed and really wanted me to be happy. Now I will buy many more of these! The light looks good and works with the remote BUT I've tried at least 50 times to get it working with my wifi. I can connect to the wifi lights on my phone and they reset. The next step finds no light. I'm tech savvy and have yet to get it working. I hope the company sees this and helps. Then I will update my rating. Update: 1/22/19 I have contacted the company on FB. They offered a new Wi-Fi controller. I will report the results. Update 01/25/2019 The company contacted me very quickly and tried to help, they even sent a second wireless controller which arrived about 2 days later. Unfortunately, the strip still doesn't connect to my wifi.
