February 20, 2020 I have purchased a remanufactured Valuetoner ink cartridge to replace Epson 802XL 802 XL T802XL for use with Workforce Pro WF-4730 printer (4 packs). That worked great. I recently installed the latest firmware which resulted in the ink cartridge not being recognized by the Epson printer. I tried restoring the old firmware but there was no way to reset it. I saw someone suggest there was a 24 month guarantee. So I emailed customer service and they offered me new cartridges with new chips for free! The cartridges were shipped quickly. It was the most pleasant and happiest customer service experience I've ever had! I will buy cartridges from them again!
