Bought this at a bargain price thinking it probably wouldn't sound much better than my previous headset mic. Before buying, I read a lot of information on the Internet and decided to try it. I also ordered a BEHRINGER U-PHORIA UMC22 for phantom power operation, plus amplification and direct monitor. So I didn't try the included phantom power. This thing sounds great for its price. If you're on a budget or just don't want to spend more than $200 on a mic if you're just gaming or streaming a bit, this is the mic to go for. I'm telling you that a hand is great if you put it where you want it and don't mess with it too much. For me I had to upgrade the arm to Rhodes arm because I move the mic around when I'm not using it.
