I bought this because I've been neglecting my teeth a lot lately. I have had 3 children in the last 4 years and due to laziness and distraction from other priorities I cannot keep up with flossing or visiting the dentist. I am also afraid of going to the dentist because I am afraid that they will bring me very bad news. So I figured I'd use this for a few months before leaving :-D hehe, I've been using it for over a week now and I've noticed less pain when I floss. There are a couple of molars that if I flossed there I would have hypersensitivity, even to the point where I would wince. Since I started this pain has gone and now I no longer bleed when I floss. I can't tell if this product will remineralize my teeth as I don't know if my teeth have decay or need remineralization. It would have been nice to know the condition of my teeth when I first started, but like I said, I haven't been to a dentist. As for the whiteness. I feel like my teeth look whiter but I don't know if they do. in my head (placebo effect) or they really are whiter. I should have taken a photo beforehand, but since I didn't necessarily get this product to whiten my teeth, the whitening isn't really a priority. Definitely nice if that's the case. I had to get used to all the yoghurt cleaning, as well as the "not rinsing". But I have to say it was great and my mouth seems very clean even though I didn't rinse out the yogurt. /Powder mixture from the mouth. I miss that "minty" savory taste of store-bought toothpaste, so I've started adding just a drop or two of peppermint and another essential oil (called "Protection") when I brush my teeth. I bought them a while ago while making my own homemade toothpaste. I will post another update in a month or so.
