Taking care of my father, a stubborn old Marine. He NEVER drinks enough water. I bought a Zero Water filter jug hoping it would make a difference and it did, but the price of replacement filter cartridges was killing me. We have our own well and the water is good and safe and not VERY VERY hard. You talk about changing the filter every thirty days, but I insist on changing it every two and a half weeks. They do the same for a significantly lower price. They arrived on time and in good condition.
