Review on HONOR MagicWatch 2 Smartwatch 42mm, Agate Black by Anastazja Kubicka ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The right product for me, the price suited me.

By and large, they have everything that an average static user needs (if such happens in nature :)). But I still can’t answer myself why I need this “beauty” if I had MI Band 4 and in fact it can do everything (except for GPS and music without a phone for runners) for less money, the autonomy of which, by the way, is higher ( 3 weeks). It is probably important to divide all this wrist / wearable . into 2 categories: 1. A full-fledged "smart watch" that has a full and two-way real-time connection with a smartphone. The ability to reply to messages, put applications, weather and all that. Approach type apple watch 2. Fitness bracelets in the watch form factor, which basically have a one-way connection with a smartphone. And this is the key difference between such devices and this is apparently the secret of their autonomy. Everyone could not understand how Iwatch is kept for one day, and all bracelets and similar watches are kept for 2 weeks. In essence and functionality - this watch is MI Band 4 and other bracelets, with a larger screen, and a number of extras. functions, the real usefulness of which is a big question.

Pros
  • Design Autonomy. Week guaranteed (no always on display) Material quality Ergonomics Price Screen and body dimensions Answering calls
Cons
  • No NFC and pay by the clock. Straight - annoying in the 21st century. Why do I need a barometer, it would be better if they did it . I didn’t find how to turn off the loud voice notification during training, yelling at the whole park)) and everyone around is listening to how your pulse is, how long you run, etc. Stripped down stack with IOS (iphone). The functionality is truncated in contrast to the android application: - poor notification settings - no additional dials, only what is in the watch by default - weather ate, you must open the application so that the data is ated. At midnight, the previous sync data for the day is reset, and is not reflected until you open the application. The GPS for the app is on post. usage. - sometimes old notifications of messages not read earlier in the phone pop up
