Thick, warm, good quality, but not for slim dogs

Too bad I can't give 4.5 stars. 5 stars if I had a French dog or a larger/broad chested dog. I gave it a lower star because I have a 12 lb Morki (a York and Maltese mix). Bottom "elastic" panel protrudes at dog's elbows, making him unwilling to walk. The same plate, but towards the ledge it expands too much, allowing the wind to penetrate inside. Odd fit but quality from day one with no use and arm thickness is great for warmth.
