Review on Norpro 58 Stainless Slotted Turner by Dawn Coleman

This spatula is beautifully finished and feels solid. It lies comfortably in the hand. The length of the handle is 4 inches, not including the loop. The actual part that comes into contact with the food is 2 inches long. X 3 inches wide. Although small, it has good proportions. Unlike some other mini spatulas that are better suited for use with a pan, this one can be conveniently used with a pan without worrying about burns. I recommend this product. UPDATE: After 2 years of use, the handle on the end of the shovel came loose. It's still usable at this point, but I bought a new blade. If I keep using these, it will only be a matter of time before I burn myself, end up with an omelet on the floor, or both.
