I don't know why this product got such bad reviews from others. I received it and we were very happy with it. My older kids (8 & 11) use the pieces while playing with our youngest (4) to build a small marble walkway out of Lego bricks. The younger kid loves it and it encourages some out-of-the-box thinking compared to traditional brick building. The nice thing is that it seems to be compatible with the Lego brand, so you can mix and match all sorts of fun combinations. I mean I think the actual instructions for creating a track are pretty boring and this one course gets old pretty quickly. But like all brick kits, who builds what's on the box? They seem to enjoy playing with it.
