Love the quality of this paper, it's really seamless and flawless. I would like a darker shade of gray as this particular gray has a lot of blue in it. You'll need to adjust your camera's white balance temperature (or edit it in Photoshop) so food and people don't have a bluish cast. I've attached some portraits I took to show you the best way to paint. I love how he takes black and white photos!
