I have always had an OBDII scanner since I bought my first new car in 1998. At the time, the retailer charged $100 to scan codes. I bought a scanner and used it for many years until I decided I needed an ABS code scanner. Too many years of guessing which wheel will fail. So here comes the Autel ML629. Within 5 minutes I could tell that my passenger tummy wasn't working properly. I could also tell that I had a "small leak" in the EVAP system. Earlier I replaced the coil and disconnected some leads. All were reconnected, but one was hacked. I fixed the line, reset the codes and all is well. I know that code readers have saved me and my family hundreds of dollars. They are indispensable for those who like to maintain their cars. give it a chance You will not regret it.
