This is a super small radio. Powered by 4 AA cells. Easy to use, good sound quality on the speaker. Has a small notch in the carrying handle in case you want to hang the radio on a nail or something on the wall. Comes with a power cord if you don't want to use batteries. Convenient dial, convenient controls. High sensitivity in the AM band I'm listening to. The FM band is fine too - I dialed in a little to check. Bought a second radio for my 91 year old mother who has trouble with something resembling a digital display. Highly recommended. Panasonic proposed another model of this model.
