This is much cheaper than the manufacturer's (>$230), but note that the included clips will scratch your interior paint when installed and the cord length may need adjustment. Works fine without the clips attached if you just want to stop people looking into the trunk area. With backseat fully upright, there is a gap of about 2 inches between cover and seat backs. Seats can be adjusted to recline slightly or you can just throw a towel over the gap. It does the job reasonably well.
