Decent substitute for OEM
This is much cheaper than the manufacturer's (>$230), but note that the included clips will scratch your interior paint when installed and the cord length may need adjustment. Works fine without the clips attached if you just want to stop people looking into the trunk area. With backseat fully upright, there is a gap of about 2 inches between cover and seat backs. Seats can be adjusted to recline slightly or you can just throw a towel over the gap. It does the job reasonably well.

- Heavy duty,no sagging.Stiff and made it more solid so small items could rest on it. If put something slightly heavy on it, it wouldn’t collapse.
- The cargo cover may take up more space in your trunk, leaving less room for other items.
