Review on Pastel by Vivienne Honey Vanilla Girls' Fit and Flare Maxi Dress: Removable Label and Effortless Style by Larry Willis

I bought this for my daughter in mint for a Statue of Liberty Halloween costume and it was perfect for the purpose. She is 8 years old but she is very tall and usually wears a size 10. It came down to her legs which is what I wanted for the costume but otherwise it would have been too long. As a regular dress it's a good fit especially for the price but I think it's too skinny at the top so a girl over 6 or 7 might need a tank top underneath for modesty.
